Terms of the Return Policy.

At Coveritup, we always treat our customers like a family & our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any purpose our customers are not happy with the product, we are here to guide them.

For any concerns or issues, please ensure to send us an email within four days of delivery at help@coveritup.in. This allows us to promptly address your request and provide further assistance in accordance with our policies

The return and exchange policy for every product is mentioned categorically.

RETURN POLICY FOR MOFT:

 1. No Question asked for Return within 7 days from delivery, Product should be in mint condition when picked for return.
 2. Returns not accepted if the sticker is Tampered or detached.
 3. Please ensure to keep an unboxing video as it will assist us in promptly validating the issue.

RETURN POLICY FOR PHONE CASES:

  1. If you encounter any concerns, kindly send us an email at help@coveritup.in within 4 days of delivery.
  2. Since the majority of our cases are made-to-order products, we do not facilitate easy returns.
  3. If you encounter any issues such as fitting problems, manufacturing defects, or printing discrepancies, we are more than happy to assist you with a free replacement.
  4. In the event of Customers refusing the package after shipping. Customers have the option to either have the package reshipped or opt for a refund, with a deduction of 30-50% on the final order value for both source and Coveritup wallet refunds. Since most of our Phone cases are made-to-order products, and so easy returns are not feasible.

RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED APPAREL:  

  1. Return requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. T-shirts and Hoodies purchased using discount codes during a sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  3. The refund process begins once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes the QC process. The refund amount is added to the Coveritup wallet for future purchases.
  4. After initiating the return request, it takes approximately 7-10 working days for the product to reach our facility, subject to pandemic-related restrictions in the respective area.
  5. Reverse Pickup facility is available for select pin codes supported by our courier partners. If not available, customers need to self-ship the product and receive a credit of Rs.100 in the Coveritup wallet.
  6. The entire refund process takes about 7 to 10 working days from the time the request is raised.
  7. Customers receive a tracking link to monitor the status of the return request.
  8. For refunds to the customer's bank account, a charge of Rs.250 per product may apply to cover return and handling expenses as per the company's guideline.
  9. Please note that these charges are imposed by the courier and not by us. However, if opting for a refund to the Coveritup Wallet, we will waive off the charges as a Gesture of Goodwill.
  10. Refunds cannot be provided for discount coupons used. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase amount.
  11. No return policy applicable for Apparel products worth below Rs. 300 unless there is a manufacturing defect. Since these are clearance sale products.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED APPAREL:  

  1. Customers can request a replacement within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. T-shirts and hoodies purchased using discount codes during a sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  3. In the case of an exchange, an additional fee of Rs. 199 per hoodie will apply for the exchange and handling charges.
  4. Replacements are available for the same product.
  5. Design swap is possible only if the requested product is out of stock.
  6. After requesting an exchange/replacement, it takes approximately 7-10 working days for the product to reach our facility, subject to pandemic-related restrictions in the respective area.
  7. Reverse Pickup facility is available for select pin codes supported by our courier partners. If not available, customers need to self-ship the product and receive a credit of Rs.100 in the    Coveritup wallet.
  8.  A charge of Rs. 399 per product applies if the customer requests more than one exchange.
  9. Customers receive a tracking link to monitor the status of the exchange/replacement request.
  10. The original product must be unwashed, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in proper packaging to be eligible for exchange/return/replacement.
  11. Refunds cannot be provided for discount coupons used. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase amount.
  12. No Exchange/Replacement policy applicable for Apparel products worth below Rs. 300 unless there is a manufacturing defect. Since these are clearance sale products

RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED STATIONERY PRODUCTS:  

  1. Return requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. Stationery products such as Journals, calendars, notebooks & planners can be returned if they are untorn, unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Refund process takes about 7 to 10 working days.
  4. Once a return request is made, it takes approximately 7 to 10 working days to process the returned product.
  5. Reverse Pickup facility is available for select pin codes supported by courier partners. If not available, customers need to self-ship the product and receive a credit of Rs.100 in the Coveritup wallet.
  6. Refund process starts after the original product reaches the warehouse and passes the QC process. The full refund amount is added to the Coveritup wallet for future purchases.
  7. Customers receive a tracking link to monitor the status of their return/exchange/replacement request.
  8. A charge of Rs.250 per product applies for bank account refunds to cover return and handling expenses. Charges may vary based on the product.
  9. Note: These charges are for return and handling expenses incurred by the courier and are separate from the company's costs. However, if refund is requested in the Coveritup wallet, the charges will be waived as a Gesture of Goodwill.
  10. The original product must be unused, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in proper packaging to be eligible for exchange/return/replacement.
  11. Refunds are not provided for discount coupons used. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase amount.

REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED STATIONERY PRODUCTS:

  1. Replacement requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. Customers are entitled to an exchange if the product is out of stock.
  3. Replacement is available for incorrect orders, manufacturing defects, or damage during transit.
  4. Stationery products (Journals, calendars, notebooks & planners) can be exchanged or replaced if they are untorn, unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
  5. Refund amount will not be processed if the returned product does not meet the guidelines.
  6. Processing and shipping of the replacement product take approximately 10-15 working days from the time the original product is picked up.
  7. Reverse Pickup facility is available for select pin codes supported by courier partners. Self-shipment may be required if delivery partners are unavailable.
  8. A credit of Rs.100 in the Coveritup wallet will be issued for self-shipment.
  9. Charges for return and handling expenses are levied by the courier and are separate from the company's costs. However, these charges will be waived if a refund to the Coveritup wallet is requested.
  10. Discount coupons used cannot be refunded. The amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
  11. A fixed sum of Rs.250 per product applies for multiple exchanges by the customer.
  12. Customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of their return/exchange/replacement request.

RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED BAGS & BACKPACKS:  

  1. Return requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. Returns can be initiated for incorrect orders, damaged products during transit, or manufacturing defects. Evidence in the form of photos/videos should be provided to the support team.
  3. Bags, backpacks, pouches, and sleeves can be returned, exchanged, or replaced if they are untorn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact and in the original packaging condition.
  4. Refund amount will not be processed if the returned product does not meet the guidelines.
  5. The refund process will start after the original product reaches the warehouse and undergoes the QC process. The refund amount will be issued in a Coveritup wallet.
  6. The entire refund process takes approximately 7 to 10 working days.

  11. Customers will receive a link to track the status of their return/exchange/replacement request.
  12. A charge of Rs.250 per product applies for bank account refunds to cover return and handling expenses. However, charges may vary based on the ordered product.
  13. The courier charges for return and handling are separate and not recovered by the company. However, the charges will be waived if a refund to the Coveritup wallet is requested.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR STANDARDIZED BAGS & BACKPACKS:  

  1. Exchange/replacement requests are accepted within 4 days of receiving the package.
  2. The customer is eligible for a swap if the requested product is unavailable in stock.
  3. Replacement is allowed for incorrect orders, damaged products during transit, or manufacturing defects. Evidence such as photos/videos should be provided via email to help@coveritup.in for analysis by the support team. The response time is within 48 working hours.
  4. Bags, backpacks, pouches, and sleeves can be exchanged or replaced if they are untorn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact, and in the original packaging condition.
  5. Refund amount will not be processed if the returned product does not meet the specified guidelines.
  6. A fixed charge of Rs.250 per product applies for multiple exchanges made by the customer.
  7. Reverse Pickup facility is available for select pin codes supported by courier partners. Products should be packed and ready for pick-up.
  8. A credit of Rs.100 in the Coveritup wallet will be issued for self-shipment if delivery partners are unavailable.
  9. The return process, including warehouse receipt and QC, takes a maximum of 7-10 working days from the date of raising the request.
  10. Customers will receive a link to track the status of their return/exchange/replacement request.

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:  

  1. Customized products are made-to-order items designed upon the customer's request.
  2. Exchanges, returns, or replacements are not available for customized products, unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect order delivered.
  3. To address issues with customized products, customers should email a photograph or video of the product, along with the packaging, to help@coveritup.in.

The email should be sent within 24 hours of order delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR MISSING PRODUCTS:

  1. In the event of missing items, kindly attach a video or image of the received package and send it to help@coveritup.in.
  2. Ensure that the invoice label attached to the package is must for efficient resolution of the issue.
  3. Please gather all relevant files as mentioned and email it to help@coveritup.in.
  4. Our team will promptly assist you in addressing and resolving the missing product concern.

      RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

      1. If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24-48 hours of receiving the product at help@coveritup.in
      2. Kindly assist us by providing an Unpacking Video. This will aid in validating the issue, as we ensure proper product conditions during shipping. Occasionally, damages may occur in transit, and the video will facilitate a quicker resolution.
      3. Our team will promptly assist you in addressing and resolving the concern ASAP.

      NON RETURNABLE & NON REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS:

      Standardized products including,

      1. Posters, collectibles, and cards
      2. Coffee mugs
      3. All Phone cases 
      4. Airpods case
      5. Desk Mat
      6. Face Mask

      Customized products including,

      1. Hoodies & sweatshirts
      2. Unisex t-shirts
      3. Posters, collectibles
      4. Coffee mugs
      5. All Phone cases
      6. Airpods case
      7. Desk Mat

      Note

      Reusable face masks are not eligible for return/exchange/replacement where personal hygiene is a part of the product used.

      Customers can return the order if the package is in bad condition, tampered with, or damaged before opening the parcel. Please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

      However, there might be a delay in dispatching the order if any inescapable situation arises like a natural disaster, bad weather, political rallies, or COVID 19 safety measures can also affect the dispatching/shipping of the product.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      1. All international orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable.
      2. Replacement is possible for international orders in the following cases:     
         - Product was damaged during transit         
         - Manufacturing defect             
         - Product was tampered with upon receiving the package   
      3. Supportive evidence like photos/videos should be sent to help@coveritup.in for analysis and response.
      4. International orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, a charge of 50% of the cart value will apply.
      5. Once an international order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified.
